These terms apply to purchases from Velmora by customers in Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Products and orders

The product details, quantities, prices and directions displayed at the time of purchase apply to your order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it through an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automated order receipt alone is not acceptance. If we cannot accept your order, any payment already received for it will be refunded.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices displayed for Australia are in AUD and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges and the total are displayed before checkout is completed. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Delivery takes 6–8 business days from order confirmation. See the shipping policy for details.
