Delivery time

Delivery to Australia and Germany takes 6–8 business days from order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the destination. We will let you know if we become aware of a delay.

Shipping charges and address

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect; address changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

After dispatch, check your shipping confirmation for the available tracking link. Further help is available on the Track your order page.

Delivery problems

If your delivery is missing, damaged or delayed, use our contact form and include your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for undelivered or incorrectly delivered products are not affected.
